My client is an international technology business focused on providing industry leading software to businesses. They have recently moved into the Australian market and have vast plans to expand their team.

My client is looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Coordinator to join their team in a permanent role. The key focus in this role is to manage a variety of stakeholders, assist in creating a marketing program to successfully raise brand awareness and demand for services and solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist partners with their marketing needs. This includes content writing, developing marketing collateral, organising events and webinars, (online) advertising and more.
  • Be responsible for the social media activities
  • Drive partner events and manage partner marketing communications.
  • Provide support in developing partner marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain partner reward programs to increase sales, meet targets and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives.
  • Develop marketing materials to educate, inspire, onboard and create partner advocacy.
  • Create success stories for clients that bought our solutions and or services through partners.
  • Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.

 

Relevant qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing within a similar role
  • Tertiary educated, preferably in marketing discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably B2B Marketing Experience
  • The ability to think creative as well as strategic to help develop strategies and campaigns.
  • Sound knowledge of social media marketing.
  • Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in an agile/fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven; able to act on own initiative and accountable for deliverables.
  • Experience with Hubspot is desired.
