My client is a leading not for profit organisation based in the central / eastern suburbs of Perth. Due to growth and development, they are currently in search of an experienced Operations Manager to oversee their experienced team of clinicans

The Role:

Reporting directly into the Executive Management team, you will be tasked with overseeing a large site in the eastern suburbs of Perth as well as a regional hub in the Wheatbelt area.

Responsibilities and duties will include;

• Responsibility of 30 indirect reports
• Working alongside clinical professionals on a day to day basis
• Budget management
• Change management
• Strategic planning
• Extensive stakeholder engagement
• Recruitment
• Working alongside IT and HR Teams on a regular basis
• Attending of meetings externally on a regular basis

About You:

You will be a proven leader, with recent experience working within a not for profit or healthcare setting and understand the pressures of working within a funding driven organisation.

You will ideally have the following;

• Relevant tertiary qualifications within social work, psychology, mental health nursing or occupational therapy
• Be AHPRA or AASW registered
• Experience leading a team of clinicians and well as multidisciplinary teams
• Reporting at a high level
• Experience overseeing and managing budgets
• Extensive knowledge of the mental health sector in WA

This position offers a salary of $115,000 + Super + Salary Packaging Benefit.
