Looking for an Office Coordinator to join a fast moving and hugely successful medical firm in St Leonard’s on a Permanent basis.
On behalf of our client, an innovative medical manufacturing business based in St Leonard’s, we are looking for an Office Coordinator to join this fast moving and hugely successful firm on a permanent basis in this newly created role.
Being a newly created role, there are multiple avenues this role can take on. Ultimately, our client is looking for a process driven, administrator, who has excellent customer service, partnered with business acumen, initiative and charm to engage in sales when needed.
This employee will be responsible for managing the corporate offices direct line, answering enquiries, and connecting the dots to navigate the call or email to the correct team. Alongside this, the employee will be looking after the smooth running of the office, from ordering office supplies to being the go-to person and gluing the warehouse and corporate office together.
Our client is open to candidates; they will consider experienced and confident candidates, who have been in similar ‘jack-of-all-trade’ roles, to and the up-and-comer enthusiastic candidates who have the hunger to learn and develop, they also support those candidates looking to learn a new role and industry.
