We have a fantastic opportunity to join this financial services organisation on a permanent basis!.Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this role is an Office Administrator role which supports the two other executives in the business as well as the wider team with general admin duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their skills in an a professional office environment.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years working in a administration support role in an office environment.

Duties include:

  • Organising international flights, car hire and accommodation
  • Event managing of the Annual General Meeting
  • Project coordination
  • Stationary order, kitchen supplies, milk deliveries, shredding bin
  • Liaising with our sub companies
  • Archive officer, filing and mail.
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash
  • Fire warden
  • Maintaining and updating the CEO’s Outlook contacts and business card files
  • Answering switchboard line and delegating to appropriate staff
  • Greeting visitors at the door
  • Organising team training days
  • Changing the server back up tape weekly/monthly
  • Credit card reconciliations completed on a monthly basis

You must have strong intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office as well as a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
