What you'll be doing

An accounting firm based in Frewville are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

This person will support the Accounting Services team in delivering quality outcomes for clients.

The role will report to the Administration Manager and will be based on reception where they will greet clients and answer phones as well as doing day to day administrative tasks.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • A proven track record of providing outstanding administrative support within an office.
  • Experience with Xero or similar job management platforms.
  • Excellent reporting, presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change quickly and problem solve.
  • Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems.
