I am currently working with a client that are a Not for Profit organization based in the Mornington Peninsula. They have a very fun close knit team, the team is very friendly, hard working, passionate about children and supportive and they are looking for someone with the same mind set to join their team. They have a great culture going there and having someone that fits into that is very important.
With the current team of Speech Pathologist’s there is over 25 years of experience and knowledge within the team, this has made space for a Junior Speech Pathologist for them to take under their wing and traing and support to help them grow as a clincian.
I have placed 3 Speech Pathologist’s within this team including the current Speech Pathology Mentor/Team Lead, I have only ever had fantastic feedback about the culture, management and support that is available.
