My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their rapidly growing business and help to execute the Marketing activities for a strong part of their business across APAC. They are a growing financial services business with international offices in NZ, Asia, Europe and America.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Provide support on acquisition campaigns, client lifecycle initiatives and comms, new product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Liaise with agencies to coordinate the on-going development, versioning and updates to advertising creative, brochures and other marketing collateral
  • Work with APAC marketing team, digital marketing team and agencies to coordinate the execution of campaigns including paid media campaigns (print, online, social media, outdoor, TV and other media)
  • Be responsible for the execution of the regular marketing administrative tasks such as maintenance of marketing calendar, invoice processing, budget spreadsheet, reporting, competitor reviews and updates/information
  • Manage edits and updates to all (retail and partners) legal documents and application forms – PDFs and online
  • Build, edit and manage website content alongside local and global digital marketing teams to ensure the site is optimised and reaches performance targets
  • Lead email campaign creation, reporting and optimisation for both retail and partners
  • Develop reporting and monitor performance of activities and campaigns as required
  • Work alongside internal teams to communicate webinars/ education program and other events/sponsorships
  • Assist with the management of social media channels
  • Provide support and team coordination to the APAC Marketing Team and wider APAC & Canada Marketing team


To be successful in the role you will need to be:


  • Experience in managing digital content in CMS and building/deploying emails (HTML knowledge would be advantageous)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in an agile/fast paced environment and react quickly within pre-approved processes/ guidelines
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven; able to act on own initiative and accountable for deliverables
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Package
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous

Relevant qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing within a similar role
  • Tertiary educated, preferably in marketing discipline
