Build and execute member communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enable greater marketing automation capability.
Work within Campaign Management System (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to perform end-to-end campaign management of multi-channel and targeted member journeys including building, testing, launching, and reporting.
Draw on data and insights to build enhancements of things like campaign targeting, messaging etc.
Integration of onsite multi variant testing using dynamic content, A/B testing to improve conversion and engagement rates.
Ensure accurate, timely execution of all campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders.
Work with analytics team to draw upon customer insights and past campaign results in journey creation to defend and save members at vulnerable moments through their lifecycle.
Conduct reviews of the current campaigns, looking for gaps and opportunities to feed back to the business to determine ongoing optimisation and personalisation campaigns.
Create and execute journeys to drive higher conversion of prospects to achieve join.
Contribute to the strong performance and process culture within the team by developing documentation and road maps for processes, A/B testing, and highlighting campaigns that succeed through email and knowledge share with team.
Build test scenarios to test all components of a campaign for accuracy and data integrity. Develop continuous improvement processes to optimise and enhance all ad hoc and ongoing campaigns.
Ensure all projects delivered tie back to the performance benchmarks, always on automated dashboards and testing plans to measure & enhance campaign performance with support from analytics team.
3 years minimum experience in campaign management and execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Mobile Studio or equivalent top tier platform in a service-based industry
Practical understanding of SQL and the ability to write SQL queries
Practical knowledge of AMP Script
Basic HTML knowledge and ability to perform HTML and CSS editing
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or commerce
