You’ll lead the management and optimisation of the marketing technology (martech) stack. Design, deliver and embed Martech initiatives for the Platform Business. You’ll provide subject matter expertise and support to cross functional project teams for marketing databases, data transformation processes and reporting.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver process enhancements to proactively improve the marketing infrastructure
  • Review the marketing technology ecosystem, provide recommendations to the business and implement new systems where appropriate
  • Translate marketing needs into technical and data requirements, scope and documentation
  • Liaise with Technology, Sales Operations, Product, Analytics and Vendors to ensure that marketing requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications
  • Maintain a working and detailed knowledge of customer data across all systems
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems and develop processes that best support business needs
  • Define and help build customer-centric segmentation and journeys into the marketing technology ecosystem
  • Manage and support the marketing automation team to deliver campaigns involving complex data queries and database change requests

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Strong experience across marketing technology stacks including Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Automation (Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong numeric and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and translate complex requirements into simple and reliable solutions
  • Proven ability to educate and influence stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Science highly desirable
  • B2B experience highly desirable
