HR Business Partner

12 month fixed term contract

What you'll be doing

A leading entertainment and media business based in South Yarra are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team on a twelve month fixed term contract.

As the HR Business Partner, this person will support a client group of approximately 160 staff in the corporate office.

This role is covering maternity leave and is due to commence asap.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria

  • Significant experience in HR/P&C Business Partnering and partnering with executive leaders to lead organisational change
  • Experience implementing and championing HR/People initiatives
  • Experience in providing support and advice on performance management and industrial / employee relations issues including case management and coaching managers through difficult situations
  • Demonstrated experience building strong, trusted relationships across all levels of management and employees
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing at a senior management level to ensure positive outcomes for employees
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Organisational development experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • High level of integrity, ethics and confidentiality
