The Role

As the Head of Marketing, you will take the lead in developing and executing powerful marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive business growth. You will guide a talented team, manage multi-channel campaigns, and ensure the marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. Your strategic vision, laser sharp focus on digital strategy and execution will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team to create impactful campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the enrolment team to align marketing initiatives with enrolment targets and boost conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximise marketing efforts.
  • Work in synergy with sales, product management, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance using tools such as SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.

About You

  • 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strategic thinker with a blend of creativity and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
