We are looking for an experienced Level 2/3 candidates – on-site support across a range of sites in Melbourne

We are looking for an experienced Level 2/3 candidate that is experienced across a range of technologies & hardware. This will range from Win 7/10 Support, video conferencing technologies, networking support and various hardware and corporate systems support. Given the role is a field support role it will require travel around Melbourne to different sites (Car / Fuel allowance provided) so you will need exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities and be able to do the travel form site to site as required.
- Providing level 2-3 support across Sites in Melbourne (Travel allowance provided)
- Windows 7 and 10, Office 2010 and 2016, Office 365 Support
- WebEx, Zoom, Skype for Business and other collaboration/video conferencing technologies Support
- CITRIX XenApp/XenDesktop and thin client technologies Support
- Active Directory, including Security and Group Policy configuration
- Demonstrated understanding of WAN/LAN/Wireless technologies
- Working closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network and Application teams while providing high level field support services.
- Escalation and identification of major IT issues
- Manage and Liase with Vendors and uphold SLAs
- Participate in the on-call roster as required
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3 -5 years + in customer facing Infrastructure support roles
- Proven Track Record and ability to work in fast paced environment
- Experienced working across Core Windows technologies / Networking support and broad range of hardware
