Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B SaaS Enterprise Account Executive to join their team! This individual will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing their sales function from the ground up. As a key member of the startup, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in closing enterprise level deals and be prepared to roll up their sleeves to prospect and demo product independently at the outset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, demonstrating the value proposition to potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Manage a CRM system to track and manage sales activities and pipeline
  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Over time, build out a Sales Development Representatives function (SDRs) to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team as the function grows and demonstrates success
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships are maintained
  • Engage with several established strategic partners
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup environment
  • Experience working with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and managing sales teams
