Join a leading Australian Consulting Firm to lead their Marketing and drive the brand forward across the Australian market.

My client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive and manage marketing strategies to effectively promote the brand, its people, its mission and its services. The Digital Marketing Specialist has accountability for developing and managing network-led projects and campaigns, as well as driving the delivery of the network digital strategy. This role works across all business services lines, industry areas and offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Marketing Manager in planning and delivering network marketing and digital strategies
  • Maintaining and adhering to network digital marketing activity within agreed expenditure and developing cost-effective marketing solutions to drive optimal budget usage
  • Supporting Marketing Manager to drive brand adherence for the business
  • Supporting the coordination and functionality of network marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand experiences across all target audience and prospect interactions
  • Driving the delivery of the overall digital marketing strategy, including:
  • Managing business websites, including; web development, functionality and usability, design, SEO optimisation, content and engagement
  • Managing and enhancing Marketo campaign platform, including supporting data requirements, to allow improvement to campaign capabilities and to meet network and local functionality needs
  • Training internal marketing community and relevant stakeholders on digital marketing platforms, software and tools
  • Implementing continuous improvements to digital platforms, based on data-driven analysis and business needs, to optimise functionality, engagement and conversion performance
  • Staying up-to-date with latest technology and best practices
  • Supporting the development and delivery of Marketing Focus Group led strategies and initiatives
  • Building and maintaining mutually valuable relationships with internal stakeholders, including business heads and interstate marketing teams
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance and effectiveness of network marketing-related projects, campaigns and digital initiatives
  • Delivering to other initiatives and projects as required by the business

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role
  • A strong client-focused outlook
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing automation software and website management
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, reporting tools and best practice
  • Experience in SEO, email marketing and social media
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving management skills
  • A passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels
  • Team player, with the ability to work autonomously and drive own performance
  • Ability to work under pressure and mange conflicting workloads
