A multi-site automotive retailer is looking for a face-to-face Customer Care Consultant to join their team.


What you'll be doing:

A multi-site automotive retailer is looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join their team.

This person will be the face of this centre, seeing to customers and liaising with the service team. This is a fast paced role which will involve a combination of face to face customer service and administration.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30- 5.

Candidates will need to perform the following duties:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service
  • Complete a range of administrative tasks
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Work in a fast-paced environment

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in retail/customer service
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good communication - written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
