Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end procurement across both projects and operations, supporting the transition into production

  • Lead and support RFx processes, including market engagement, tendering, evaluation, and negotiation

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts across the full lifecycle, including post-award administration, variations, and claims

  • Work closely with stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational and project requirements

  • Assist in establishing and improving procurement processes, systems, and governance frameworks

  • Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure value, reliability, and risk mitigation

  • Support the rollout of procurement strategies as the organisation scales and evolves

About You

  • Proven experience in end-to-end procurement and contract management within mining, resources, or infrastructure

  • Strong exposure to both pre-award and post-award contract management, including claims and variations

  • Experience across projects and operational procurement environments

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, and delivery outcomes

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Motivated by the opportunity to build, improve, and influence procurement capability within a growing organisation

Why This Role?

  • Be part of a growing mining operation with exciting expansion plans

  • Broad, varied role across both projects and operations

  • High visibility and the chance to make a genuine impact on the business

  • Strong career development as the organisation continues to scale
