Collections Officer

Entry level Collections Officer position available | Must have previous customer service experience | Large team and career progression | Hybrid

The Role:

  • Collections Officer
  • Full-time permanent role
  • $60-65,000 + super
  • Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
  • Hybrid working



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service for customers on financing and insurance
  • Arranging payment plans
  • Negotiating payment arrangements to support customers financial requirements
  • Provide customers with end of term options
  • Provide first point of resolution to all general customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Collection of failed payments


Key Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally from a call centre
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple technology platforms
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
