The Role:

• Collections Officer
• Financial Services industry
• Must have previous customer service or collections experience from financial services or banking industry
• Must be able to start on the 2nd of Feb and commit to a 6-month contract
• Hybrid working
• Eastern suburbs of Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions to all general finance inquiries via inbound phone and emails
• Effectively negotiate payment arrangements to support customers' financial requirements
• Ensure payment arrangements reduce delinquency effectively
• Ensure transactions are completed per policy and process guidelines

Key Requirements:

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a call centre environment
• Collections experience desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple technology platforms, monitors, and multi-task during calls
