Location: Melbourne CBD


The Claims Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of motor claims, providing exceptional service to customers in a timely manner.



Role & Responsibilites:

• Manage a varied portfolio of motor claims
• Engage with clients insurance companies and repairers
• Accurately assess files to ensure each claim will be recoverable
• Being a key decision maker for a claim to ensure they are set up for success
• Gathering and interpreting relevant information and documentation
• Manage timelines and ensure that all documentation is completed
• Take inbound calls to manage enquiries and support stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience working in motor claims - Essential
• A relevant degree in Economics, Finance & Commerce desirable
• Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
• Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills and an investigative mind
