Senior BA – Financial Services / transformation experience required. Can do either day rate or Permanent.

Join this leading consultancy whom has a tier 1 client base with a strong focus in financial services and insurance.
The role
The role requires a strong business BA skillset – the role has a business focus so you must be strong across: process reviews, documentation, BRDs / Business case development, requirements gathering and preferably have experience working across transformation programs (pricing transformations would be a huge bonus). We are able to hire on either a day rate or permanent basis depending on your preference. You must have expeirence working in financial services organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key business / technical stakeholders to gather requirements
- Support Pricing Transformation program
- Key BA deliverables: artefacts, BRD’s, Use Cases
- Have a strong understanding and work as a business BA across multiple initiatives
- Lead the validation of system requirements and process reviews
- Address any requirement queries or issues that arise throughout the delivery process
- Translate business needs into system or product requirements with clear, concise and testable user stories & process flows
- Translate business needs in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
Candidate Experience
- Must have experience in working across large scale enterprise environments as a Business focused BA
- Experience working across Transformation programs (Pricing trasnofrmation highly regarded)
- Experience in documentation / process reviews and requirements gathering
- Working in AGILE environments desirable
