My client is an international real estate business making serious inroads into the Australian market. They’re in a ‘startup phase’ of their development and they’re looking for go getters to join the business as they expand and grow.
As our Brand and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for increasing appraisal volume and market share through the development and execution of engaging marketing campaigns and communication programs.

Key responsibilities


  • Develop and implement national communication and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and develop campaign schedules to ensure all activity is strategic, targeted and measurable against clear campaign objectives
  • Work closely with the creative agency on conceptual development
  • Oversea the production of TV adverts, newspaper & magazine advertisements, direct mail, websites, email marketing, videos
  • Liase with designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
  • Management of the team, Local Marketing & Social Manager, in house Graphic Designer and freelancers
  • Oversee our Local Area Marketing strategy
  • Checking of marketing copy
  • Monitoring of consumer reactions through brand tracking
  • Manage strategic plans around sponsorship and events
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of all measurable aspects of the activities

About you:

  • Experience in developing marketing campaigns you will be an organised self-starter with excellent communication and technical skills.
