  • BAS/IAS preparation and ATO lodgements
  • Monthly management reporting and client file setup
  • Supporting and training clients on cloud-based systems like Xero and MYOB
  • Collaborating with internal accountants and occasionally working onsite with clients

Who We're Looking For

You're a natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You bring energy, initiative, and a genuine interest in helping businesses stay on track financially.

You'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally across multiple clients
  • Background in an accounting practice or bookkeeping firm
  • Strong knowledge of Xero, MYOB and related cloud systems
  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and communication skills
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude

Company Benefits:

  • Financial support for study, plus dedicated paid study leave
  • Friendly, inclusive team environment with regular social events
  • Wellbeing initiatives including onsite wellness programs and staff perks
  • Clear career progression and ongoing development opportunities
