AR, Payroll & Administrative Officer

The Role:

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Excellent compensation package depending on experience $75-85k + super
  • This role is fully office-based in the Western suburbs
  • AR, payroll, HR, and fleet management responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee on and off-boarding
  • Assist in coordination of contracts and employee welcome packs
  • Conduct thorough police and license checks for all new employees
  • Monitor and manage staff injuries/accident register
  • Fleet Management: Facilitate the seamless handover of fuel cards, tags, and other vehicle-related items
  • Maintain and regularly update the company vehicle list
  • Coordinate and oversee the timely servicing, insurance, and registration renewals
  • Administer and manage the handling of speeding penalties
  • Effectively manage fuel, tolls, tags, and any losses or damages incurred by company vehicles
  • Handle insurance claims promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Coordinate with the Ops teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, HR, and Payroll Administration
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Adaptable and hands on
  • Previous experience in using Quickbooks would be advantageous
