Exciting Opportunity For An Experienced Allied Health Manager To Join A Leading Disability Provider

My client is looking for an experienced Allied Health professional to join and lead their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role

To lead a Behaviour Support & Allied Health team ensuring compliance with NDIS practice standards and relevant legislative requirements. Your key duties:

  • Managing small caseloads which have been specifically referred
  • Establishing and maintaining service frameworks with NDIS requirements
  • Evaluate support plans developed by your team
  • Build and develop services
  • Manage and develop the team to standards
  • Participate actively in strategic planning and delivery of objectives


  • Management experience in leading allied health/behaviour support teams
  • Tertiary qualification in the disciplines of Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work or Speech Pathology
  • Relevant Allied Health degree with AHPRA registration or relevant registration with discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in developing PBS frameworks
  • Sound knowledge of NDIS, quality & safeguarding and reporting
