MARS Recruitment are currently recruiting a fantastic Accounts Officer role with a leading and well known organisation located in the Sydney CBD. This role is also being offered as fixed-term contract, ensuring secure employment for at least 6 months and providing access to additional benefits including annual and sick leave as well.

The role would suit an individual who has had experience across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable throughout their career and is able to start a new role fairly soon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and execution of weekly payment runs
• Processing invoices in a high volume environment
• Timely reconciliation of supplier statements and bank statement
• Daily banking and direct debit processing
• Collections
• Building and fostering stakeholder and vendor relationships

Essential Criteria:

• Experience across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience utilising a large ERP system
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
