Our client is a leading retail group undergoing a period of significant technology transformation. With a focus on improving integration and digital capability across their core systems, they are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead key initiatives within the PMO.

The Role
This full-time, permanent position plays a pivotal role in leading the Shopify integration and ensuring seamless connectivity across ERP, CRM, POS, and other core business systems. The role is hands-on, high-visibility, and requires on-site presence four days per week to collaborate closely with technical and business teams. Retail and Shopify experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shopify integration and ensure alignment with ERP, CRM, and POS platforms

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, tracking, governance, and go-live readiness

• Drive vendor engagement, commercial analysis, and project documentation (briefs, RFIs, budgets)

• Act as the senior PM within the PMO, supporting delivery standards and contributing to portfolio governance

• Partner with senior stakeholders to align business and technology priorities

• Oversee smaller concurrent transformation initiatives as needed

• Support PMO processes including project intake, reporting, and steering committee preparation

Candidate Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or eCommerce transformations (Shopify experience advantageous)

• Background in retail or a similar fast-paced consumer environment

• Exposure to ERP, eCommerce, and backend system integration
